Q: Do you arrange engraving for me?

A: No. We believe its best if you try the bracelet on, to be sure you like it and it fits. Then take your bracelet to the engraver yourself, to be sure to get exactly what you want.

Q: Where can I get my Identity Bracelet engraved?

A: Check your local yellow pages to find your nearest engraver. They are located in most major shopping centres.


Q: Why do I need a ID Bracelet?

A: The information you carry on the bracelet may assist in saving your life if you are injured, unconscious or just unable to communicate. It could help ensure you are reunited with your loved ones as soon as possible. Hundreds of people are admitted to hospitals around the country everyday, and some are not easily identified. Don't be a statistic.


Q: Which wrist should I wear my ID bracelet?

A: We suggest your left wrist as this is where medical staff are trained to check your pulse, so they should see it quicker.


Q: What do I do if I have a problem with a product I have received?

A: Contact us via email address as soon as possible and hopefully we can work it out. All sales become final 21 days after order and it is not possible to exchange or refund after this date. So contact us early to avoid a problem. If you need to return a purchase we recommend you use registered post. We can not be held accountable for items lost in transit.


Q: What do I do if the item should break?

A: Contact us via email address with a picture of the problem, so we can see what has gone wrong. Some problems may be the result of rough usage, so the item may need to be sent overseas to the supplier for an assessment, before anything can be done. Replacement or refund may only be possible if the item is actually faulty.


Q: How are orders sent and how much is postage within Australia?

A: Postage is calculated depending on the total of your order. Postage starts at $8 and might be a little extra for more items (calculated as you order). All orders are sent via Registered Post and delivered via Australia Post. Registered Post which comes with $100 insurance included.

A: All orders are sent from Sydney (Australia) metro area.

A: Australia Post used to deliver between 2 - 4 working days depending on your location within Australia, but with all the changes at Australia Post, this could take longer.


Q: How can I tell which size to order?

A: Measure your wrist and allow a little extra (say about 3 to 4cm cm) for a comfortable fit.


Q: What sort of pen should I use for a write-on style ID Bracelet?
